Hi,
I'm using external lambda controler, the question is, When configuring oxygen sensor can I use-see lambda values instead of AFR? If not, is it possible to add a new fuel with specific AFR?

Yes, you can see lambda with external controller, just be sure the controller grounds where your EMU does, and that the AFR value in the EMU matches what the controller is outputting.
