i am mapping my CA18DET at the moment and the car runs good but i got 2 problems and wanna ask for your help:

1. My LSU 4.2 Sensor needs after Engine start around 30 Sec to deliver values - the first 30 Seconds it just shows "Lambda 1.00" - i saw in my logs, that this ~30 second crash appears even sometimes while driving.

2. When i drive WOT my engine exits after the pull, RPM shows 0, engine is off, i need to restart the ignition and can go on - thats not everytime after a kickdown but still very often.

Any ideas ?!?

I can't help you on the wideband part. Are you using Fuel Cut off? If so, when you remove throttle, you should stop having fuel, and it should go max lean.

Secondly, on your stall, how is your idle air control valve setup?

The 30 second delay is so the wideband can warm up, that happens every time the EMU is turned on. It sounds like you have a wiring issue that's causing an intermittent power failure. Wide open throttle means the engine is moving and wiring is moving around, and that's probably what's causing the connection to be intermittent.

ive had this this issue before. it was because a bad oxygen sensor connection. make sure the oxygen sensor wires are soldered well and wires are not broken.

I got a log of such a O2 failure.

Seems like the heater turns off and i got no values until its heated up again, is it okay, that the heating period take around 40 secounds ? Seems to much!

Problem solved.

Had a wiring issue (broken contact), so that was the problem why i sometimes got no values. Lambda Heating still takes around 40-60 seconds but i think i can`t change that. I enabled Lambda when no RPM unter O2 Sensor options, so it takes in most cases not such a long time until i got afr values.

Its just so we don't hurt the sensor.

What do you mean? Does I harm the lambda when i enable it while the engine is off ?

No but to heat it up to quick

No but to heat it up to quick

And you can kill your probe, when heating it up before engine starts.
When the probe is hot and the condensed water from the cold engine/exhaust will harm your probe.
Not after 5 times, but over time it is not recommended
