knock sensor voltage & 1 black plug

Dear members,
I have 2 questions.
1. I put 2x VW 1.4 TSI knock sensors on a BMW M30 engine. The voltage becomes more than 5V at certain engine speeds and loads which is to much for the ECU. Should I use different knock sensors or use a voltage devider to cope with them?
2. The engine has 1 black plug after time which sometimes chages to another cylinder. Could the ECU somehow change pulsewidth on a specific cylinder?
Sometimes only the uneven cylinders are a bit fouled. Since the ignition sequence is 1-5-3-6-2-4 (first uneven and than even) does somebody know an explanation for this?
I use a camshaft sensor but somehow I am only able to run in wasted spark mode while camshaft signal is detected. Maybe this has something to do with it?
