whats peoples preferred LC settings

what would be the best setting for the launch control , does the fuel cut check box at the bottom stop most of the bangs ? ( need to check that really )

depends on your application, if you are trying to spool a turbo you need to retard the timing to such an extent that the engine wont rev above a certain point the fuel then combusts much later in the cycle with much burning in the exhaust manifold helping to spool the turbo. ( this and anti lag are very harsh on the exhaust manifold and things get very hot very quickly)
For my application i retard timing by 38 degrees and add 5% fuel this holds the rpm to 5500 without too much banging and the turbo making good boost. The rpm limiter is set to 6500 just in case the engine revs through the ignition retard i dont use the fuel cut only spark cut.

i will try some settings tomorrow , going to the strip in a couple of weeks so need to do some testing to find the sweet spot without bogging , turbo is quite big so some boost is also needed , also need to fit a switch for the flat shift too

be aware that too much fuel in exhaust can damage your muffler

for real rally people i do set it to about 4000rpm simple ignition cut if NA, conected to speed sensor on non traction wheel and turns off at about 10 to 15 km/h, if turbo igntion retard from 30 to 35 and fuel increase to spool the turbo, these settings all depend on the car ability to spin or not the wheels.
for street racers well just set it to bang bang... thats all they want, even rpm limit can have a ign retard to bang, if it bangs and flames come out its ok
