setup skyline RB25 misfire

Hi
I have a Nissan Skyline RB 25 which has a new Emu ECU and the coil on plug (VW TSFI coil) and I have used normal Nissan setup, but unfortunately I have problems with my ignition,, I made four other Nissan RB20 and CA18 and they have been running fine,, is there a special setup to RB25 ?? If anyone has any setup on this engine it will be great
i have tray different settings but without success
