Did you download and upgrade firmware in EMU ?
Download latest version of the software

downloaded Client for Windows 1.168 1 EXP. no car runs!
once connected to the ecu stops working!
how to turn on autotune??

Open configuration -> log - Autotune window. In the Autotune window, press "ask" mark (help) and there will be manual, how to use autotune.
Other issue, if there is problem with engine start after firmware upgrade, try this :
- Save emu config map do hard drive
- upgrade firmware
- after upgrade open file -> set settings to default and save default configuration
- open config map from hard drive and save it to the memory.
