I have a problem with the firmware upgrade. (Win7 Laptop)

message : cannot enter boot loader

but status connected

where is the problem ?

next Problem is, my other Pc have Win10Pro. When i connect the emu with the PC is the message: This device is not able to work with US Windows version !

I have not a US Windows version.

I don't even know. Have you installed the latest version? There was a problem with one version, i think it was 1,167

Connect EMU to PC, turn ignition ON, wait about 10 seconds to be sure that USB connection with PC is establish.
Then run client software and select upgrade firmware option (even if the ECU is not connected).

The upgrade should start.

When for any reason the upgrade fail, the EMU stays in Boot Loader mode (because the program is not programmed correctly).
So the client software doesn't detect it, but it can be upgraded again.

You must send ECu to us, this is the only way.
