EMU damaged :-( what now....?

Hi guys,
after a long research i found out that my ign. output 1 is damaged.
My engine runned very weak and stutters in the past and i searched for the error with a lot of effort (changed injectors, looked for knock, switched back from wasted spark to distributor an so on).
The problem was most feelable by reving it up slowely and with just light load. It didn,t want to pull and had little breaks while reving up which didn,t slow down the car alot, just it pulls less.
But at the end by changing from ign. output 1 to ign output 6 the engine runns so much better and stronger.
BUT!!! still while reving it up hardly I can see like smal steps in rev range on rpm meter.......with the damaged output i saw steps and felt also slow down and stutter... now just see. Im not sure if the other outputs are 100% ok......can i check it somehow? Maybe iIm loosing still some sparks.............The strange thing is that it did work and so it is not easy to find the error.
How can I be sure that the other output istn't also damaged a little just not so strong?
Scope and everything else looks good. I think i grilled the output 1 in the past by choosing the wrong ignition setting (with witout amplifier). At this time coil and emu were both hot.
