Hi,

i have a problem since 2-3 Months with my second EMU,

AFR/Lambda shows only 1

ive checked 100 times the wiring, changed the Laptop, changed the LSU

Can u help me maybe? it has never been shown something else than 1


my other EMU works perfect

you can try swapping your ECU's ... but it can only be a wiring or a sensor problem

we swapped yesterday the ECU and it still shows Lambda 1 / Ive transfered also the ECU Files from my working ECU to the other and no chance

Lambda shows still only 1 ..... Please guys give me a last hope

Must be something with the wiring.
Maybe no supply on the Sensor?

But i swapped the ecu and than it works, i have 2 cars running on emu. And the one is not working since ive bought it

Send it to your reseller and he will fix it.

OK, than i will send it to the reseller in some weeks because i need the car

One last hope:

1. Are the Outputs/Inputs for the LSU 4.2 one the ECU fix ? Or can i change them?

2. on my Log all values are moving except of the AFR/Lambda, my this help

1) wiring problem

2) power supply issue

3) damage sensor

No readings at all from the sensor.

1) Wiring problem it can not be, because it works with my other EMU
2) Sensor problem, the same
3) Power Supy, the same

IT must be something with the EMU / U know mybe how i can check this ?

So finally is lambda working on other ECU or not ?

Yes it works on other EMU /

I meant that i swapped the "BAD EMU" to my other car, where everything is working perfect.

And it still dont work

So it must be something "INSIDE" the EMU :/

Ok understand, there may be a internal malfunction, the only way to confirm damage unit, is to send it back.

Ok than i will send it back in 1-2 Months,

but mybe can u give ma tipp how i can read mybe in a other way the Lambda ?

Which of this values will show me the Lambda in Volt ?? Or will my plan not work
