help tachometer golf 2

Is there anyone who has installed Emumaster on a golf 2 and got tachometer and work? original so tachometer connected to the ignition coil. I have attached the cable to Aux 4 which then goes to pin 10 on the (T28) connector behind the dashboard

There is an issue with getting these working with a Megasquirt, I assume the EMU will be the same

i don't know the issue with speedometer, but maybe similar solution to this, will solve problem

I installed it in an MK2 with this module http://www.zmm-electronic.de/ignition-s ... anguage=en

It worked very well.

Do you drive Wested spark or singel coil ? or use the module with Emu master ?
I forgot to write that I have a VR6 engine in a Golf 2

Try to pullup AUX4 output with the coil from relay
It will induce high voltage. In most cases tacho driven by ignition coil works correctly

It works now ☺ . One Bosch bip373 conected on AUX4 then a relay coil to . Thanks for the help

Did you try without BIP ? It also should work

I have tried without bip and another auxiliary . Did not work
