VSS Limiter

Hi.
I'm thinking about a VSS Limiter.
What would be the best option to do this?
I thought to use the PIT Limiter in addition to the Boost-VSS Control.
I drive a BMW M50B25 with Turbo.
So, do you think it will work? I will need it here in germany to get this turbo to be legal...
My gearbox and Diff will go up to 343km/h (theory). Over a certain speed I will have to use very big brakes and expensive good tires.
So my options are to change the diff/gearbox, or to use a VSS Limiter...
