Flatshift with paddles on AT transmission?

Post by sulik » Tue Nov 24, 2015 7:39 pm

Hey guys,

i have a question about the flatshift function and my new setup that i want to use.
On my new setup i want to run an automatic transmission on my 2JZ.

On "race mode" i want to run my car with paddle shifters.
Is it possible that i will use the same paddle signal (UP) for my transmission ECU & the EMU flatshft function?

So if i shift up it will cut spark to lower the amount of torque on the drivetrain.

Thanks for your help. :)
bye

PS: The tranny will get it´s own standalone ECU btw.

Use gear cut function instead of flat shift.

It should work
