Hello, im setting up fiat coupe 20vt.
By the wiring diagram pin3 is ground , other 2 pins are connected to ecu , 1 should be power supply and other signal cant figure out whats what and if its 5v or battery voltage . Sensor part no. 0 261 210 119

Other question is - do I need to use pullup in software for it? Thank you

yes usually you need to use the pullup for hall sensors

to find the connections you will need to look at the factory wiring diagram for the car the sensor came from it will have pin numbers on the diagram. Then you can trace them back to see if it uses 5v or 12v etc
