Hello
i have problem to define the Aeromotive Lambda controller .

I can not make the external display with the ECU to sync (align)

Settin under Oxygen Sensor:

0 volts = 10AFR
5 volts = 20 AFR
to stand

But it is not true ..
There are other settings that I need to do?

edit: can i change from afr to lambda ?

Ground your external controller to the same place as your EMU, and reading will be much closer. If necessary adjust from there. Is the output from your aeromotive controller a linear 0-5v? Is the output configurable on your controller?

Yes it is 0-5v.
And the output is configurable
Here is a picture from the aem settings ...

When i have these settings on the emu i have not the same value at controller and emu.

For my AEM UEGO, everyone reported a value of like 10/19. I ended up having to us 10/19.3 to get it close. It's off by .1.

The best way to get it close is to disconnect the o2 sensor itself. If it's like the AEM, it should default 14.7 and play with the numbers until you get it close to that (hopefully spot on).

Once you get that, go ahead and plug in your o2 sensor and it should all the way LEAN. See if you need to play around with the numbers to get it there. Finally, spray some brake cleaner/Carb Cleaner into a rag, and cover the o2 sensor. It should go full rich now, and again, play with the values if need be.

My biggest problem is that I did not ground the wideband to the same place as the ECU, so sometimes, I get slight variations between the gauge and the sensor.
