hi.
i start my c20xe turbo last day but i have big problem with EGT sensor . MY egt sensor have big fluctation. my wiring is ok. Green cable is on B1 and is crimp it with the terminal (plus soldered) . White cable is on B18 with all sensor ground cables but here this cable is not crimp direct to terminal so this can be a problem ? here is my Log from android dash.
and why ecumaster AFR don`t work when engine is cranking

remove your sensor from the manifold and check it with boiled water.
There could be short inside the sensor.
For AFR readings during engine start you need to select option Enable when no RPM, wait until the sensor is heated and then start the car (use the 1.145 or higher firmware version).
This option will short the life of the oxygen sensor so disable it for normal engine operation.

Yes, looks like ECU grounding problems.

for test i try to remove camshaft sensor , knock but problem is still same. i remove alternator and no effect. now only crankshaft sensor and tps is on B18.
i think my wiring is ok but i will share my wiring diagram for anyway
C20XE motronic 2.5
crankshaft sensor oem
pin 1 -> B7
pin2 - >B18
pin3 -> B17
Camshaft sensor (from 2.8 motronic)
pin1 -> +12v
pin2 ->B15
pin3 -> B17
Knock oem
pin1 -> B2
pin2 -> B18
pin3 ->B17
TPS from x20xev
pin1 ->B18
pin2 ->B23
pin3-> B12
i use shielded cable (with high % silver wires)
B17,B24, G17,G24 is mounted on intake manifold

You can change the map axles as you like and need. For instance, try clicking the 290kPa and change it to a value that suits you best.

EGT problem is solved.
i use this ignition coils
BOSCH 0 221 604 115
and this is wiring diagram
download/file.php?id=339&mode=view
so i move pin2 - signal ground to chassis ground and now EGT works fine .
thx
