Hi people,I hope someone can help.
I have a BMW e30 with a m50 2.5l motor, EMU ecu fitted and running great, but I have a small issue my tacho is not working.
Settings are right in the ecu and a wire coming out of pin AUX 4.
I put my multimeter on this wire and it reads 3 volts.

At I doing something wrong or really I just dont know. I have tried a 50mm autoshop brought tacho too and have tried a few resistors too, but nothing!!

Is orginnaly tacho signal taken from ignition coil ?

No it isnt.
Check your connection to tacho.
On some older E30 the wire is not through the round connector. But through connector under the glove box

By the way...does this engine run yet?
