does anybody know if i can connect a tablet to the ecu via cable? (this tablet will be permanently installed in the car and will be the only gauges in the car)
if so could you possibly guide me through it?
any help would be greatly appreciated

Not possible, only bluetooth. in my case mine its permanently charging by usb radio.
