Wiring of aftermarket Radiator Fan to EMU

Hi, has anyone tried wiring your fan to EMU? I have a Mishimoto fan I'd like to be controlled by EMU. Being bad at wiring, can you give your diagram to wire it via a relay? I could use the existing stock wiring no problem but I know I have heard and seen somewhere to best not use the stock wiring as the fan wouldnt be blowing at its full.
