I think you run to lean or to fat. I can´t see any lambda value in your log so that is the point for what you sould looking for. And please switch your ego correction off when your lambda is not working.

i think your issue is ignition related,

too big spark plug gap - adjust gap to 0,6mm
too small dwell - increase 0.5ms
poor coil + - measure with osciloscope when engine running on coil + if voltage drops down
too rich mixture which spark can´t go thru - decrease VE

-afr is jumping from 12 to sky , but injector duty cycle is stable around 30%. 30% of 550cc whi is roughly 165HP thats realy enugh fuel for free reving engine. for double sure check your fuel pressure if it realy is stable. but more probable scenario is that mixture is not ignited and uncombusted air passing o2 sensor is causing lean reading

EDIT: wrong idea !!! toyota multiplex igniter needs diferent setup (credit to Denny from ecumaster usa) following text will be right only if you connect coils directly to emu with no igniter

ignition outputs seems to be messed up

i think that you have 3 coils conected to outputs 1,2 and 4 (dont know why, i will go 123 but ok)

A - coil (FOR 1+6 cyl) wired to out1
B - coil (FOR 3+4 cyl) wired to out4
C - coil (FOR 2+5 cyl) wired to out2

firing ordeer cylinder: 153624
firing order coils: ACBACB
firing order outputs: 124124

1+4 or 1+2 make no sense because it is used if u have coils on plugs and you want to fire them "wasted spark"

so please set your emu to output order like that :

1 event - output 1
2 event - output 2
3 event - output 4
4 event - output 1
5 event - output 2
6 event - output 4

aaah now i figured it out! it cannot work.. your dwell time is 4.2ms and you fire output1 every event, it mean 3times per revolution, 5000rpm is 83revs per second, one second is 1000ms, 1000ms divided by 83 revolutions is 12ms per revolution,12 divided by 3 events per rev is 4ms. so your dwell can be max 4ms at 5000. so your ign. out 1 is saturated , it is active all the time , duty cycle is 100% - you have to decrease your dwell time!

Lowered the dwell time and it now free revs to 6300 thank u
