MAF to MAP now what?
OK! So I have got my MAF to MAP conversion done and running on my RB26 fairly well (still needs lots of fine tuning) but anyways I'm kind of stumped now.... The unit uses my fuel map to trick the ECU in to thinking it still has a MAF which is great! But what do I do If I want to increase the fueling past 127% for more power? I'm assuming the answer will be to just run a Z32 AFM and forget speed density because this has limited adjustability but hoping I've missed something...
Re: MAF to MAP now what?
The chosen analog signal modification step influences the maximal possible change of the output signal. For 0.0195V it is +/- 2.5V, for 0.0098V +/-1.25V and for 0.0049 +/-0.625V.
If you change the output step then every step changed in your map will result in a bigger change in output voltage. Essentially changing the resolution of the table, giving you a broader range of adjustment.
