I'm not sure if this bug annoys anyone else but I've had an issue with it a few times now.
When connecting to the DET3 it downloads the Map from the device but doesn't download the Analog Output Step Voltage setting - it defaults to 0.049v
For instance.
Create a tune with a 0.98v step, make it permanent on the device.
Disconnect and reconnect to device - download map.
Save map to file and it's now saved your tune with a 0.049 step.
Upload that file and your car now runs lean.
I haven't tested it fully but I suspect it also effects the Setup Tables as well. Scalings are understandable as they are user configurable.
Device Download - Analog Output Step (Bug?)
Re: Device Download - Analog Output Step (Bug?)
Firmware and Software is 1.32 but I believe it's the same in all versions.
Re: Device Download - Analog Output Step (Bug?)
Save project file on computer. Reload and connect.
Re: Device Download - Analog Output Step (Bug?)
I understand that works but it doesn't help when a customer is coming in with a pre tuned car that needs tweaking or simply when changing between various laptops.
Re: Device Download - Analog Output Step (Bug?)
I ran into this issue once, I reinstalled the DET3 software.
