Honda OBD2A Wiring help

Hi.
My friend recently bought a DET3 for his D15 Sohc OBD2A honda civic EK3.
We are having trouble with the ignition wiring. We have manage to get an rpm signal but unfortunately cannot adjust timing or activate launch control (which we use as test).

Please can somebody advise the correct wiring for this car.

Did you cut and splice the crank/cam sensor?

Yes. This isn't my first install. But my first on honda.. It's really qannoying mee... Thank you for replying

You have the launch control setup to where it's always on? Just to check it?

Only thing I can think of is that you may need to use a pull up.

Hi Richard,

I believe your issue is that the turbo on the car is too small.
