2JZ-GE Karman MAF Wiring

Hi Guys, its getting late in the day and I'm at a loss with the wiring on the MAF Sensor on my 95 SC300 with a 2JZ-GE (NA 2J)

I first checked the KS pin and had a good Frequency signal so I cut the wire and sent the MAF signal into the DET3 and then the DET3's output into the OEM ECU.

I get a reading of 0.0hz on the Freq input table. I double checked this with my scope and sure enough - the MAF is now not sending out a Frequency its dead at 0.0hz and 0v.
I've checked the signal right back to the MAF and it agree'd - no HZ output.
I unwired the MAF from the DET3 and still get no output on the wire that was going to KS terminal originally.

As soon as I hook it back up to the KS terminal on the OEM ECU I have a perfectly working signal. I

'm probably missing something obvious here so I'm hoping that you guys can point me in the right direction!

P.S I can manipulate the Freq out on the DET3 by playing with the base settings and I can get the car to idle so the output side seems to be working just fine.

I missed the Pullup Resistor on the MAF signal. I should have figured that one but a massive thanks to Zach for his email support - especially considering its a SUNDAY.
