DET3 Road Dynamometer

I want to try the road dynamometer to have a reference because I will move the ignition on my Celica ST205, the question that I have is that in the "Gear Ratio" I should put the gear ratio of the gear that I will run on the "dynamometer" or just the final drive of the gearbox?

And how can I calculate the "Driving axle gear ratio"?

Divide speed of car by RPM's (in example car is running 70km/h with 3000 rpm -> 70/3000=0,0233) and you will get RPM ratio
