Hello everyone, have anyone installed a DET3 on a M50TUB20 with the ECU Siemens MS40.1?
My Doubt is about the wiring on the CrankShaft sensor, since its completely different from all the other engines in BMW and could not find a wiring diagram for this ECU.

this is the little info i got on the sensor:


but allready tryed the 3 (CAS) wires with or without pullup on multiple ignition configs and cant even scope a signal...
can anyone shed a light on how to do it?

i've also read on some other sites this is a hard sensor to work with since its kind of a completely different sensor from normal, nor VR or Hall but something hybrid...

My main goal is to make a maf to map conversion so, i wouldnt really need to mess up with ignition, I know the DET3 needs engine RPM, could i get it from other source? just to be able to mess up wth the fuel map?
