fuel implant How it works.fuel table or ve table

HI
I find it difficult to Understanding Which table the device is Run in fuel implant .I see 3 table .fuel table .ve table .ign table.
ign table =to Adjust timming.
Now= to Adjust the fuel Which table working on it.fuel table or ve table.
We know that in the Other devices have one table for fuel.Why in tuner3 have 2 table. And in the case of tuning the ve table
the fuel table is Does not react.
Please help me in thes Question
