Tuning help
I messed with the setting above my analog 2 which is my wideband impute and it changes the fuel. was wondering how to use this setting. Im having issues with either not being able to take enough fuel out or under boost running out of fuel which I shouldn't. im running a 2jzge turbo, 550cc injectors and a 255 pump with a adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I was running 15lbs of boost with a safc and was fine on fuel so im needing to get it good with this tuner now.
Re: Tuning help
That's the problem, Analog 2 is used for the built in MAP sensor. I don't know why the instructions don't say it, but you can't use 2 for anything. Move your wideband to another Aux
Re: Tuning help
sorry I meant analog 3. also when setting up the scales configuration what do you select for the analog 2. on the analog 3 there are the afr numbers and then right on top of that is %numbers and if I change that I change the fuel ratio a lot. just wondering if there is a easy way to use that to get more fuel on the boost side and take fuel when it under vac because right now its one or the other I either cant put enough in so I turn my fuel regulator up and then I cant take enough out under regular driving. any help would be awesome. also setting up the tables and scales and all that would be great.
Re: Tuning help
Analog 2 should be
"DETwith400kpa" or something like that if you have a 4 bar unit.
Also I don't use AFR as a correction. I actually turn it off completely.
Go to your Setup Tables, and turn off analog 3 for corrections.
However, if you want to keep it, you'll see on the Fuel Table, there's analog 3 and it should show 100 across the board. 100 means no correction, and if you add, then it'll add fuel. So putting 101 would add fuel, and 99 would remove fuel.
How did you set up your ignition wiring? I'm trying to figure that out on a SC300 I'm working on.

Re: Tuning help
ok i have to figure out the fuel issue with not being able to take enough out on normal drivng so i turn down my regulator and then under boost i run out of fuel im running 550cc injectors and a 255 pump with an adjustable fuel regulator. im looking to run around 18-20psi for boost. not sure what hp that will put me at.
Re: Tuning help
ill have to look for the paper i wrote my wiring diagram on and ill post it for you.
Re: Tuning help
So you're still using the KMV sensor right now?
Re: Tuning help
I tuned a MKIV 2JZGTE 720cc injectors with the DET3, if you need help I can help you with your settings.
Re: Tuning help
For analog 1 what's conected to that. I have the modify as frequency. The main issue I'm having now is when Im driving and gI've it some gas and then let off it fluds the car to where it either shuts off or back fires really loud and stumbles.
Re: Tuning help
Those settings won't work.
It needs to be frequency for the load/modify. Since you're not using the DET3 for load just yet.
Make sure you have your FREQ settings correct as well.

Re: Tuning help
I might not have those correct. What would be right for it.
