Hello,

i´ve wired up the DET for FIT-Mode - Alpha-N, Sensors are calibrated but if i want to change the Fuelparameters in the Fueltable, the Engine doesn´t respond to the changes.
The Engine starts but my LC-1 is showing AFR 9,3-9,5 even after the Warmupenrichment/Afterstartenrichment. Only the VE-Table and the Ignition-Table work.

If i´m right, the DET3 fully controls the Injectors. So the Problem can´t be the Siemens MS41..

If someone knows what to do, i´ll be very pleased.

Rx: 1200ohm
Presetted Bosch Temp-Sensors for IAT/CLT
Injectors: 250ccm (Pink originals)
TPS: 31 - 226 (0-100%)
Trigger: 60-2
Batchfire 1&2
Injection Divider: 1&2 tested with minor improvement in AFR
Trigger is a Hallsensor
Tableswitch is in pin 2
Ign. timing <1500rpm 5°

Thanks

Hello,

I have same problem, car is a 94 JDM Toyota Supra, 2JZ-GE turbo on DET3 FIT on Speed Density. Car starts and revs but fuel map doesn't respond at all. Only the VE and ignition table works. I can make the car running 14.6-14.8 afr on idle only by setting the ve table flat to around 116-118 units which as far as i know is FAR too high especially on idle, but when i take it down under 100 car is running very lean and eventually stops. Or maybe it displays ve not in percentage but in different units since it's maxing at 250?

Also with the injectors, i have the stock 330s and i have wired it inj 1,3,5 to the power out #1 and inj 2,4,6 to power out #2, i thought i should run it in batch fire mode. I've tried it with divider set to 1,2, and 4 and no one of this settings make car running fine. It stalls and misfires randomly, idle is fluctuating, even when i change the ve map to get afr around 14.7. At the end I've tried bank fire mode (which i though in 6 cyl engine and only 2banks should not be fine) with divider set to 1 and car runs noticeably better than on batch fire. I have no idea which way to go.

I have det with internal map sensor, but i have wired stock map to pin #2 as in manual. As it is in FIT mode maybe it's useless and its beter to use this input to afr analog or ego correction with nbo2?

Hope somebody have an idea any help would be very apreciated ;)
Cheers

Tomorrow i´ll call TD Motorsport. They hopefully know what to do.

I´m with you, Artur, please stand by. ;)

I have exactly the same problem than artur has.
So did you find out what was the problem with it?
I have tried many setting changes and table changes but any of those won't help at all.

As in FIT mode injectors are drive directly from DET3, fuel map which changes MAF/MAP voltage parameters will not change injectors time as they are permanently disconnected from stock ECU. Fuel map (maybe name is wrong) is used usually from MAF to MAP conversion or MAF/MAP voltage clamping to prevent check engine.

Injectors time is controlled directly from DET3, and fuel amount is calculated on volumetric efficiency of the engine, so VE map is a table where mixture is changed.
