bmw e36 launch control settings

hi guys. I wonder if anyone has installed the launch control on an engine bmw m52b25 or m52 in general. how can I set it without making a mess? thank you
i try various settings today.
activation: 3900
cutoff: 4000
vss hz 13
fuel from 0 to 40, same timing retard.
but sometimes it goes well, sometimes it does not go. I decided to try it on the street and a hose of idle motor came loose and I had to unplug det3 to go spin up the engine, because it did not want to climb speed
