Having trouble with Analog outputs buggy/glitchy???

Hi all, recently installed det3 with the internal 250kpa map sensor.
I'm trying to use analog outputs to log AFR's from wideband controller which I wired to pin #4 along with tapping IAT/CLT or tps sensor (on the ECU side) in #1 and 3# pins (considering analog 2# is for the internal map sensor)
The issue I'm having is the voltages don't change at all..... at start up analog #1 just stays at around at 3.9Volts, #3 is at 1.7V and #4 is 1.3 volts and stays that way over the course of driving.
Grounded one of the analog pins for any anomalies and they sat at 5V (not sure if suppose to happen????)
On implant mode, Analog 1 works with the tps just fine after calibrating, then when I switch back to non-implant mode suddenly analog #1 is responding to the TPS changes when moving throttle.
However when I switch it off and on again analog #1 goes back to being stuck at the high end of 3 Volts again and doesn't change at all.
Is there something I'm doing wrong, are they meant to be wired in a certain way? I tapped the wires in the same place where I had the SAFC spliced in previously for TPS(VCC) and it worked fine.
Any help is appreciated!
Cheers
