New to engine management

Hi
I want to tune my Subaru Sorester s-turbo 98-99 with DET3
What do I need except wideband and the ecu ?
I might get the ecu with integrated map sensor.
I have never mapped anything before and I am going to run oem turbocharger and injectors.
At first et least
Is there any books, or webpages you can recomend with good info?
