2jz ge vvti fit mode crank wiring

hi
I have a 2005 lexus is300 that has the 2jz ge vvti. I am in the process of installing my DET3 in fuel implant mode into the car I have searched everywhere for a diagram for this motor in fit mode but can find anything, all I have found is the universal diagram found on the ecu master website. all I need to know is how to wire in the crank sensor my motor seems to have 1 crank sensor and cam sensor so I thought I would cut the crank wire and put sensor side to ignition in and ecu side to ignition out, but on the diagram shows sensor to ignition in and bipolar ignition out and bipolar ignition out inv can anyone explain why.
any info welcome

Why would you want it on FIT mode?
