Celica ST205 Gt Four
If you need to use EMU 400kPa MAP (we suggest to use it) you need to connect a hose between your intake manifold and EMU. That is the reason your engine is overfuel

Re: Celica ST205 Gt Four
If you connect internal EMU MAP with the hose it is all what you need. The base map is created for internal MAP.
The interconnector assumes to use EMU internal MAP.
However it is possible to use your OEM MAP, you just need to connect it to free analog input.
If you want we can send you picture how to modify interconnector to do it.

Re: Celica ST205 Gt Four
config as your pic as posted (uncheck digital filter)
as said above use the ecu master map sensor
1, base map written for that one #
2, its bigger than oem sensor
3, just easyer

Then something its wrong because I have vacuum hose connected. Its possible that solution to my overfuel is uncheck filter box?Jadzwin wrote:If you need to use EMU 400kPa MAP (we suggest to use it) you need to connect a hose between your intake manifold and EMU. Re: Celica ST205 Gt Four
Pleas take the hose and try to make some vacuum (using your lungs) observing the MAP sensor readings...

Re: Celica ST205 Gt Four
ok I try it.
In the other hand, what its "integral Limit" in boost PID Parameters.

Re: Celica ST205 Gt Four
It is the maximum allowable accumulation of the integral term.
If you are not experience in PID it is better to use open loop control + DC error correction

If you press F1 on any parameter window or table help will appear where the all options are described.

This hose its share with my boost gauge. Boost gauge working properly so the hose is correct. I dont know why happen thisJadzwin wrote:Pleas take the hose and try to make some vacuum (using your lungs) observing the MAP sensor readings...

If there is a problem with the device we will replace it for new unit.

Re: Celica ST205 Gt Four
I dont think that the problem its the unit. Must be something wrong calibrated or coneccted. I have blitz electronic boost controller, Could this be the reason?
This is ok to run with emu map sensor??

The internal MAP is connected inside, and you are not able to influence its work.
So if there is vaccum it must work. There is very very small chance that there is no hose between front mounted hose nyple and internal map sensor, but it is almost impossible to pass the QC.

Re: Celica ST205 Gt Four
does the boost gauge see vacum ?
it could be as simple as a blocked T piece
if your ecu is seeing vacum when you tested it then its a problem with pipe work somewhere
your boost controller will have nothing to do with it
when ever i fit after market ecu ( emu, megasquirt, etc ) i always run map sensor to its own vacum on the throttlebody no shareing (boost gauge, fuelreg, boostcontroller )

Re: Celica ST205 Gt Four
I never have seen vacuum in my ECU, only see in the boost gauge. Also dont see afr in my ECU but config o2 sensor van I see it. For this think that must be something wrong configurated. Today check vacuum and will see if value change.

Re: Celica ST205 Gt Four
Good news. If I breathe with my mouth map value change
Then the problem must be any plug o hose.
Can I disconnect oem map hose and connect it to emu map?
