2jz-GE NAT in a hotrod

Need some help guys, I have brought the emu ecu after much research! I'm about to wire it up but need some help on the 2jz igniter side of thing and if possible the distributor pinouts, there appears to me mixed answers on the interweb.
Also as this is my first bash at this, what I have done is cleaned up all sensors on the engine as I know it's a runner and connected the original connectors to them and left 2feet of wire, so in theory I just connect it up.
Any help would be great please.
