I want to share with you my project. I think it´s the less powerfull instalation of EMU
Fiat 126, big bore(from 77 to 82-650cc to 740cc) forged 2ring piston with ceramic coating, forged conrod, aluminium valves with nicasil, 316° camshaft, light flywheel(3,3kg from aprox 7,5), dual port head from panda 30 with big valves (36, 30), dual 45mm throtle body, 19lb siemens deka injectors, stainles steel exhaust, external oil circuit and many others.
I do only road tune, so it´s goes very slowly, but I made a progres every time.

They don´t break up, so I haven´t problem with them  .
Very interesting is weight reduction. From 3,5(iron) to 1,6kg. Almost 2kg just on 1 valve :!:

Now I have another issue. The original cooling fan don´t held such high rpm(8500 engine redline. Pulley ratio 1,4:1 = 11900 on fan :o ) and broke also the alternator, because they are on the same shaft  .
So now I want to rebuild it to electric fan. With that high electric load I also must replace alternator also, because original one have just max 35A output and I need at least 40 just on idle.
