Hello!!
Here is my project that I started several years ago, and which has evolved little by little:
SR20DET
BRIAN CROWER 625+ forged rods with ARP Custom Age studs
87mm forgedCP Pistons
Balanced crankshaft
HX35/40 12cm² turbo
TurboSmart Ultragate 38mm wastegate with 1b (15psi) spring
BLITZ iColor dual solenoïd boost controller
1.8mm Cossworth head gasket (8.2:1 CR)
TOMEI Procam 280/272 12.5mm lift with NVCS (VTC)
TOMEI type B double valve springs
TOMEI solid pivots
Adjustable TOMEI pulley on exhaust side (set to 0)
Oil Block Tomeï
Mocal oil relocation kit
Mocal 16 raws oil radiator
ARP head studs
ARP cranshaft studs
TODA flywheel
SPEC stage 3+ clutch
JECS 1200cc injectors
Billet FUEL RAIL 6AN
70mm throttle body
E85 440LPH Walbro
Big sized Intercooler
Aluminium radiator
2x spal fans
Revotec fan controller
SARD Fuel pressure regulator (3,5b/45psi)
Apex'i Power intake
Top mount exhaust manifold
3" exhaust
NISMO motor silent blocs
NISMO gearbox silent blocs
Greddy oil pan
And what interests us:
Ecumaster EMU CLASSIC plugged to OEM sensors, plus IAT sensor, LSU 4.2 wideband, and flex fuel sensor.
I didn't start the car yet, just receive EMU, and finishing some details.
I've found this basemap for a 76 pin ecu with NVCS like mine:
But some things don't seem to be right with my setup because I have:
- SR20DET OEM coolant sensor
- FlexFuel sensor with E85 full tank
- 1200ccm injectors
Could someone help me with changes? I don't need a perfect map, just one that starts the car safe to go to the shop, where I have a professional tuner to finish the work in the dyno.
