Starting this new thread to share information about our turbo-bike project.
Starting point: Perfectly build turbo ZX-12R with stock ECU + Powercommander. Rwhp ~340

That looks an interesting project.
You could have very similar issues to solve as mine, even though they are years apart in technology.
Good luck with your project we may be able to share solutions to help each other to our goals.

We decided not to make new wiring harness and used stock harness and stock sensor connectors here and there.
Thinking afterwards... that maybe was not best idea, but we had limited time and money.
As we had tbo application, we decided to change IAT sensor for fast Bosch sensor ordered from Finnjector (M12X1.5 with Jetronic connector)
- CLT sensor is stock as we had enough calibration point values from service manual.
- Baro and MAP sensors were just ripped off, as EMU have both built in.

At March, all wiring's were done and it was time to fire her up first time. At first it took some time to figure how all triggers needs to be configured and we had to use scope for determining waveforms.
Trigger wheel with one missing teeth
Dash: We decided to use Dash2 Pro with GPS as it has internal datalogging and it is supported by EMU
Diy mounting plate
May: It was time to start tuning.

Project update:
New clutch + some modification on fuel lines and pro tuner.
It has been bumpy road, but now we are near... where we want to be. 420+ rwhp
