This is the 1st EMU install in an MR2 in the US, and it helped us realize how amazing the EMU is, and ECUMaster as a company. Their customer service is flat-out amazing!
On to the car...
1995 MR2 Gen4 3sgte swap (from Toyota Caldina)
11mm Injector Dynamics 1000cc fuel injectors spraying E85
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Gen3 rods
Wiseco 86mm pistons
ATS Headgasket
ARP Head Studs
ATS valve Springs
Billet compressor upgrade to CT15 (stock gen4) turbo by ATS
Kinugawa Wastegate Actuator 1bar spring
Ogura single-disc clutch (with twin-disc rattle)
And most importantly ECUMaster EMU
Stock everything else.
At 2bar boost it makes 404 at the wheels. Pics to come...

Looking really nice. Do you have pnp adapterharnesses for these cars?

ECUMaster has all the Wiring/Header info and is working on them.
For the time being I have been making my own. The cool thing about the gen4 adapter, is with very minor adjustments, it will work with the ST245 3sgte, as well as the Redtop/Greytop single VVTi Beams 3SGE, the 6spd Dual VVTi Beams 3SGE, 1zz and 2zz.
I can source the Header Connector if you need one.

I hope we fabricate P&P adaptor for this engine soon. Sorry Scott for such delay...

No apology necessary! I'm excited for what we have now, and It will just get better when the Gen4 adapter is done.
On to more fun stuff:
Not sure how I missed this before,... Ok, I miss stuff all the time, but I just found the Idle Correction via Analog input.
MR2's all have a separate A/C idle Up valve, and on different MR2 models it is controlled either by the ECU (Gen3) or the A/C amplifier (Gen2), and as far as I know, the Gen4 has no idle up valve at all...
I connected the A/C clutch wire to Analog In #2, Configured the Idle correction input in Idle Parameters and set the 4.7 and 5v columns to about 6%, and viola, AC on, Idle goes up, no ugly valve or plumbing in the engine bay necessary.
Funny how something so simple can put a smile on your face.

Hi Scott, great to see ya again
I still have my Mr2 also and btw it`s also converted from Sm4 to EMU now. As i am dealer in my country for Ecumaster i wanted to test it on my own car first.

Hi Samvel! I didn't realize you had moved over to EMU, that's great! Still racing the Blue MR2?

No, have no time for racing myself and it`s too slow, it`s kinda street car now that i drive like 500km/year

I am still Autr dealer and will keep using them too, i am just in love with it`s sfw.

My street car at 43psi on E85. It's hard to get traction on the dyno, forget traction on the street

. I have changed the BC strategy to roll boost in later since I last had it on the dyno. Using 4-port solenoid and small WG spring so I have anywhere between 380 and 760 Hp at the wheels. It's still on street tires, has A/C and full interior, and passes Texas State inspection. It's on an old SM2, soon to be EMU'd.
