astra mk2 x20xev turbo

hi all
where do i start i found this ecu a few months ago but untill last week i hadnt bought it but now its on its way
myself and my brother have 2 cars mine is a astra mk2 and his is a tigra that does standing quater in 10.07@ 150 and both cars were on megasquirt ecu and have been for a lot of years but i really wanted a change and on the megasquirt there is no safety fetures but on this one there is so its a winner !
about the cars
mine 1st
at this stage its still being all built back up as i have had nearly 2 years out with this car due to family problems
old set up was a 2.0 8v turbo engine
custom inlet
custom manifold
t34 turbo
forged c20 let pistons
and made 436 whp and did standing quater in 10.7 sec
it was the only mk2 astra in the uk to do a 10sec run
and i was the fastest 2.0 8v turbo street legal mk2 in the world
but i sold off the engine and built and engine for my brothers tigra with the left over parts from the 8v and we put a z20let head on it and hes been useing that most of this year thats about 800 hp ( it is 716 @ 2.2 bar but we have upped the boost ) and we won the fwd drag series in the uk as we did that as a team i did only 2 rounds in the car at beginning of the year and a couple of test days
both cars were on megaqsuirt that i built from kit form so im no stranger to ecu building and loom makeing andthey havent give us no bother and my one is nearly 8years old so im hoping to get this sort of trouble free from ecu master and i will be a very happy bunny and the fact theres all the little extra features like egt,wideband,and shut down if xyz arent right made it worth while to me as i was going to upgrade to megasquirt 3 but this seems a lot better the only thing i would like to see on this ecu is a data logger that doesnt need a pc but thats a small price to pay for the extra features
and now ive got all problems sorted im back on the astra and looking forward to useing my new ecu ( when it arrives
