Finally today started. I dont know if have to calibrate any sensor, smelled strongly of fuel and idling is unstable. My AFR gauge it´s under 10 at iddle.

looking good even if yoiu havent calibrated the ecu with the wideband it should still be ok on the gauge :) main thing is its running

just pull some fueling out around idle but it sounds nice and stable

Base map doesn't always mean perfect map with VE and ignition timing. Base map generally serves proper trigger settings ignition and injectors outputs. Lots of startup maps was created based on custom modified engines, so mixture sometimes can be far different from expected.
Most important is that engine is running, it's time for fun. Just remember to check timing with strobe lamp.

After Tuning, You can always share with Your project to Us :D

How to calibrate wideband with ECU??

Of course, I'll share my results with all.

your on aem wideband and useing output 0-5v so
set it to external setting and
the analog your are useing and it should be right
0v=10 afr
5v =20 afr

pull some fueling out around idle and see what your external gauge says then check on gauge on pc and see if they match

like kuba said the fun starts now :)

Using multimeter measure resistance between pin 2 and 6 in oxygen sensor plug. It will be somewhere 85-120 ohm. Enter the value in Configuration -> oxygen sensor -> Rcal

Astra vrx -> thx for info about external controler (I'm not Kuba :D BTW)
My instruction is only for LSU4.2 oxygen connected directly to EMU

Hi guys

The sensors can I see in config emú software, are different to my oem sensors (injectors, CLT, etc). Should I change this configuration?

Did you got startup map from us ? if Yes sensors CLA and IAT
are already calibrated, jus check is values are ok with cold and warm engine.
Calibrate TPS if it shows 0-100%

Attach here your log file. Maybe your sensors readings (CLT or IAT) are incorrect.

TPS its 0-98 Its ok?
Lambda, I selected "external controller" and set 0v 10AFR and 5v 20AFR and ext. controller input selected my analog #3 input. Now afr gauge works fine. My lambda at iddle ist under 10

your map sensor is either not plugged in or something else is wrong as your map is not changing it stays at 100 ?

What can happen?? Something wrong calibrated?

Tps is correct 98% full throttle?

all its doing is reading 100 kpa its not seeing anything else im not 100 % sure on your setup as you are useing original loom with adapter so i dont no if your useing the original map sensor or not

if your useing original map sensor it will need to be sorted in software
or
add vac hose to ecu from throttle body

that will also explain why its so rich on idle you will be pulling a vacum but the map sensor is saying its not

original loom with ecumaster adapter. I think use original map but I have add vac hose to my ecu.

This is my map configuration.

so you are useing factory map sensor and not ecu master one ?

if thats the case un tick use built in map sensor and setup what ever analog input its useing

What advise me use?

I preffer use ecu map 400kpa. What analog input set?
