Turbo Matiz project

This is Daewoo Matiz 1.0 turbo with DET3 in FIT mode. (Sorry about the front bumber not yet fitted in the photo):
I had some spare time at our dyno on the Christmas Day and here are some graphs before and after the conversion. Now I am using 0,8bar boost and E85 fuel. Exhaust system is standard from the turbo downpipe to tailpipe (original catalysator and both silencers are still there), so it is very silent car:

One funny coincidence: Original Matiz ECU has similar 90 pin FCI connector than the new EMU PRO will have.
So, it will be a plug-in solution...

We have had pretty cold all this week (last night -25 Celsius and day time maximum at -20 Celsius) but still I got my little Matiz alive and running after standing outside all week.
And this was with E85 fuel, which is extremely difficult to ignite when cold. I did not use any engine heater, but neither did it start like under a palm tree
We would need more values to coldstart map axles in the software in order to get more fuel and E85 to burn.

Yes, it is running all right! Not everyday, as I have so many other "toys".
See more ( even some videos), and thumb up if you like it:

While looking at the weather forecast, it is soon time to put studded tires again
Maybe some day I will try it on the dyno without the standard exhaust mufflers (which I think, are somewhat restricting...)
