Hello to everyone...
I have a civic b18c turbo and i have install an aem epm.
If its possible i need a start up file because i cant synchronize the trigger as well and the trigger sensors synchronized for some seconds and then lost the synchro.
I have the following specs to help you on the startup file:
Displacemwnt 2130cc
2200cc bosch motorsport injectors
Non idle valve
Coils with built in amplifire
Full Sequintial injection and ignition control
Built in map sensor
Aem epm
Oem honda tps
Emu clt sensor
Emu intake temp sensor

May be the AEM "EPM" = Electronic Problem Maker ? have no idea whats this.
Please can you tell us the part number of the "Bosch motorsport" injector 2200ccm ?
Can you make EMU scope, and place it with your cal + log file ?

Aem EPM= engine position module

This is very similar setup just injectors are smaller.
When Vtec is active VE2 map is used on low lift VE1 .
But on high rpm we have some rpm oscillations possible AEM unit has internal play customer purchased it as second hand.
also check ignition as unit has some adjustment so need to be validated with timing lamp.
File is from EMU classic use file converter on black software to convert it.

O Good,
0280158821 is not "Motorosport Injector" it is CNG injector and Bosch does warn everybody to not use it with Gasoline or Ethanol. It is only for CNG.

And what about 0 280 158 829 ? Is the same cng/lpg ? I know that both injectors peoples are using with meth/etanol/pb95 without issues.

0 280 158 829 also CNG designed injector. (the 1700ccm the same story)
I tryed them time ago, and i can tell that with huge tank, Flex Fuel sensor compensating for fuel temp, i was able to run them somehow fine. On pure Gasoline and 20L tank = total disaster. The AFR was hunting + - 20% deppending on temperature.... so pretty useless.
0 280 158 040 this is real Bosch Injector from "Motosport catalogue" and it has 670 g heptan or 980 cm3 gasoline flow .... so the biggest normaly avialable injector i found from Bosch.
