Emu black dont power up

im having a strange problem with a black unit,
in most of the time, the ecu dont power up properly,
when i turn on the key, and the fan start to work, the engine dont start. in this case, the values of the temperatures on software came with -- value and nothing more happen.
when i turn on the key, and the fuel pump make is normal noise, and the fan dont start, the engine runs fine.
i have the permanent 12v directly to the baterry, and the switch 12v to an ignition button, power grounds to the engine block, and sensor grounds respectively to the sensors.
this problems persists for more than 3 months, and day by day its bigger.
i have other cars like this one, with black units too, without any problem.
next week i hope to test a new ecu.
does someone have a similar problem?
