PWM % control by CANBUS

Afternoon
So, quick intro, just bought a PMU without logging. I've been using a EMU first gen for three years now, and find it perfect for my needs.
I'm about to build a custom loom with Race Technology DASH2PRO, EMU first gen & a PMU, all connected via CANBUS on a custom MILSPEC loom.
I looks like quite a steep learning curve, but I'm looking forward to the challenge, good planning seems the most important part.
Anyway , is it possible to alter the PWM % of the fuel pumps using the status of the CAN RPM channel?
For example, under 3000 RPM 50 % PW, above 3000 100 % PW.
Also, before completing the loom, I want to do some testing to become familiar with the software, do you have part no for extra sockets on PMU interface?
Thanks
Graeme
