MX-5 vvti, supercharger - generator regulation

We have problem with reglation of the generator / alternator which was originally regulated by oem ECU. EMU helpdesk wrote me :"Hello, PWM #1 output, You will generate frequency to control alternator. " but I found no way how to do it, because pwm output is only with MAP, CLT a TPS relationed

Does anybody solve this?
