How do i make this things to work together?

And not only the RPM signal ;)

Hi!

We run Racepak dash using CAN and Haltech protocol (as I good remember)

How should i connect it and pinout?

DO i need a can converter?

You need CAN module. You need to connect CANL to dash CANL and the same with CANH...
Termination resistor 120Ohm will be required between CANL and CANH
