I also have the same problem, but downloading the experimental software didn't solve the problem. Neither did the driver from US site. Funny thing is that I did not have problem previously connecting to another ECU...

Any idea for solution?

Thanks

Best regards

Where are you located? If you're in the U.S. and you're having that problem, that means somebody brought you a gray market ECU and it will not work. Tell them to return it and purchase one through proper channels.

which version of windows are you trying to use? I had a similar problem on windows 7 but then used a work computer with windows 8 and it seems to work alot better, also alot more dials will run together on windows 8 where as windows 7 if i ran more then 2 they would freeze.

Well I am not from US. The ECU was bought from Ecumaster directly and yes I use Win7 but why could I connect to another ECU previously? But a friends PC with win 8 is fine. I don't like win 8 at all so if possible I would skip this option.

maybe try this USB driver : http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/D2XX.htm

drivers on EcuMaster site are 2.08.24 (No Longer Supported) and latest one are 2.12.16 when you look on this site you will find out that older one was not designed to work with W7 and W8 probably has newer one in standard installation
