unstable AFR

Hi

I have a problem with AFR after one hour drive (22 °C outside). The AFR is lower in the whole spectrum of RPM and load. The fuel pressure is still same. What can it cause? I think the temperature of the fuel.

Is it possible to add the fuel temperature as a function into EMU?

Check all the fueling correction parameters, in the datalogging as well, to make sure you don't have any corrections activated by mistake. Do you use the chargetemp table? Is your iat sensor heatsoaking when you are driving long distances in low load conditions?

everything is OK, check it
Charge temp table do not use
IAT sensor is out heat soak is about 10cm from TB

drop them throughout the load range
  and at WOT

It seems as if here fuel (premium fuel 100oct) diluted E85

one more observation, refueling tank to the full and improve it

But today, after a long drive the same

Take a log when the afr is ok, and one log when the afr is not ok as you say. Then compare the injector pulsewidth and see if it is longer when you have the problem. Both logs must be taken with the same iat for the test to be valid, and ego feedback disabled ofcourse. If the injector pw is the same between the two logs but the afr is different something is going on with your fuel supply system.

mine was acting the same turned out it was the injector cal was not correct. turns out the injectors i bought were labeled as ID1000s but weren't so the wizard didn't work for me. luckily when i had them cleaned they came back with with a cal chart.

Where did you send them for cleaning and they sent them back with the dead times sheet?

Hi,
you said that AFR changes, but by how much ? If it changes like 10% under low load conditions that is pretty much normal due to the engine getting very hot, however if it changes a lot under WOT then there is definetly something wrong.
