Deceleration fuel cut

how can I disable deceleration fuel cut? Raising "fuel cut above rpm" over the rpm limit would work?

Set "Fuel cut under pressure" high enough (higher than deceleration pressure)

Just for my knowledge....why should deceleration fuel cut deactivation be necessary. Can
somehow a fuelcut break the engine?
