LSU 4.2 PID settings for EMU

HI Guys,

Recently a few people have been having problems with the on board LSU controller and it now quite reading accurately in comparison to an innovate LM1 or LM2, these settings read to within .01 of an LM1

The PID settings that work spot on so far are:
Heater:
Kp 16
KI 3
KD 1
integral limit 170

Pump:
KP 2
KI 12
KD 0
integral limit 400

And don't forget to check your Rcal value!

Anybody????

From HELP (manual) all Kp, Ki, Kd values "should not be changed".
What about other values?

Ecusmater AFR shows rich numbers/values.
But when reducing numbers/values of VE table, engine sounds leaner although displaying good AFR.
Have checked, cleaned sensor and tried some PID but nothing change.

Engine 2JZGTE VVTI, T70 turbo, 775 cc injector, stock coil.

You nead to measure and set correct Rcal value !

I bought used ECU and sensors from my friend.

He ordered Bosch LSU 4.2 lambda sensor from webshop.

It has been used no more than 1500 KM up to now.

Does each sensor has different Rcal value?
How to measure?

How about other values (PID)?
What number should be entered?
Or just leave it as "should not be changed".

Each sensor has calibration resistro from factory. You need to use multimeter, disconnect the sensor and measure its resistence between terminals 2 and 6. You can expect value arround 80-130 Ohm. This number need to be written into the "rcal" .

Just want to use this topic to share my experience from last weekend.

My friend brought his industrial exhaust testing equipment for heaters.
My LSU 4.2 is right before the katalysator, and his sensor we put in the end silencer.
the difference was 0.05 lambda.
So I think the EMU controller is accurate.
